Assisted Sleep (10-hour version, no volume change)

This preset is a 10 hour session that puts you to sleep (induction over 20 mins from 12 Hz to .5Hz), plays healing frequencies (1.5 Hz), and then plays beta and gamma waves for the last 15 minutes to wake you up and get you going (8 Hz rising to 40 Hz).
