Gentle 20-minute nap, gentle 20-minute wake

I use this on afternoons when I have stuff to do but I just can't keep my eyes open. Start at 8Hz because you're already sleepy, 5 minutes to go from 8 to 1.5 and then 20 solid minutes of 1.5 delta sleep. Then a slow ramp from 1.5 up to 20 with stops at 10 and 15, ending with 5 minutes of 20. Since the base frequency (360) and volume never change, you wake slowly as the beat tempo gets faster. If by chance you don't wake as the track winds up, the sudden absence of sound at the end wakes you up. (Although that's not a guarantee, you know. If you have to go to work or something, set an alarm please. :))
