Assisted Sleep (10-hour version)

This preset is a 10 hour session that puts you to sleep (induction over 20 mins from 12 Hz to .5Hz), plays healing frequencies (1.5 Hz), and plays beta and gamma waves to wake you up and get you going for the last 15 minutes (8 Hz rising to 40 Hz). Make sure your device is fully charged and use some comfortable headphones for this, because it's very long.
