Assisted Sleep (Jackie version)

This preset is an 8 hour session that puts you to sleep, plays healing frequencies, wakes you up after 8 hours and plays beta and gamma waves to get you going. Make sure your device is fully charged and use some comfortable headphones for this, because it's very long. This version skips the 3-6Hz range.
